We visited the Collins Bar for food, and drinks as staying in the Carrigaline Hotel, for a dinner we njoyed a fish chowder soup , and chicken salads, which come in starter or mains sizes, and were well presented and delicious, for drinks we sat in the sunshine outside in the luvly sitting area, and also in the evenings inside, we were served by the luvly friendly, Brian, Marco and Robbie who were friendly welcoming and chatty. Worth a visit. :) :)

Large televisions showing sports. I had the burger and it was very good. Enjoyed a Beamish Stout. My companion had the tempura sea bass filets which he really enjoyed. Very good service.
